  • perform our conveyancing functions
  • adhere to AML and CFT requirements
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter the required identification and contact information, we’ll be unable to provide conveyancing services. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at property@avila.co.nz.

Complaints Policy

We are committed to providing a high standard of service to all our clients.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible.

We will listen to your complaint carefully and do everything we can to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
